Cher Wang, Chairman
VIA Technologies, Inc. and HTC Corp.

Cher Wang has established a number of successful IT-related businesses, and is currently Chairman of three Taiwan-listed companies, and on the Board of Directors of or advisor to numerous other companies.

She founded VIA Technologies, Inc. in 1987, and was instrumental in driving its strategic move to Taipei to be closer to both foundries and customers; she is also co-founder and Chairman of leading smart phone developer, HTC Corp.

In 2005, she was selected as an Innovator in the 2005 Stars of Asia: 25 Leaders on the Forefront of Change by Business Week and was named as one of the ten executives to watch in Asia. Her business achievements have also been widely acclaimed in major international media. Wang is an Industry Partner in World Economic Forum and is an APEC Business Advisory Council member. A devout Christian, Ms Wang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and is married with two children.

WenChi Chen, President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO of VIA Technologies, Inc. since 1992, Wenchi Chen has overseen its transition from chipset designer to a leading developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions driving innovation in PCs, notebooks, thin clients and embedded systems. Mr Chen is also on the board of directors of or advisor to numerous companies in the IT industry, including HTC Corporation, the leading supplier of cutting edge smart phones.

Mr Chen was selected as the top entrepreneur by Business Week in its 2001 “The Stars of Asia: 50 Leaders on the Forefront of Change.” A graduate of National Taiwan University and the California Institute of Technology, Mr Chen is a committed Christian and is married with two children.

TzuMu Lin 研究開発エンジニアリング担当 副社長

集積回路およびコンピュータ·通信系システム設計を専門として、カリフォルニア工科大学にて電子工学修士号ならびにコンピュータサイエンス博士号を取得後、業界で傑出した職歴を重ねる。VIA Technologies, Inc. の上級副社長としては、PC コアロジック·チップセットの開発を主導するとともに、VIA が PC 中心の技術開発からシステム通信プラットフォーム·ソリューション（ハイクオリティ、コストパフォーマンスの高い、システムロジック、グラフィックス、マルチメディア、光記憶装置、ネットワーク、ワイヤレス·モバイル通信技術および製品を含む）へ劇的に移行する過程を責任者としてみてきた。

VIA に入社する以前は、Design Technology 、Symphony Laboratories 社を共同で設立し、副社長を務めるとともに、GS Technology 社では ASIC（特定用途向け集積回路）を含むIC設計全般、フルカスタム実装およびアナログ／デジタル技術を担当する技術部長（Director of Engineering）を、またSilicon Compiler Systems社では設計部長（Design Manager）を歴任し、 VLSI（超大型集積回路）CAD ツールの技術面での成功に大きく貢献した。
